God of High School Operating Policy

1. Basic Policy
(1) Got of High School is a game developed by WONCOMZ and serviced by WONCOMZ (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and is operated in accordance with the following operating policies. The operational policy is to respond quickly and consistently to the smooth delivery of services and problems that arise both inside and outside the game based on customer service.
(2) The company may change the details of its operation policy in order to minimize inconvenience to its members and provide stable services. If there are any changes to the operation policy, we will notify you of the changes on the bulletin board or through a notice in the game. The members shall be responsible for damages and consequences caused by failure to understand this operation policy and the changed matters.
(3) Matters not mentioned in this operation policy shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the company, the privacy policy, and other relevant statutes concerning the promotion and protection of information and communications networks.

2. Gaming User Rights and Duties
(1) A member shall not commit any acts that violate our terms and conditions, policies, or general social norms, and shall bear the responsibility for the damages and consequences of such violations.
(2) When a member joins, he/she shall provide accurate information and shall be responsible for the damages and consequences caused by stealing other people's personal information.
(3) In case of a problem that can’t be handled in the game, the member can inquire about the problem through 1:1 inquiry and telephone consultation with the customer support center. However, for phone calls, you may be restricted from solving some inquiries.
(4) The members shall not interfere with other people's game progress or interfere with the smooth operation of the game, and shall cooperate as much as possible with the consultation and request of the Game Master (GM). Please note that if a bug occurs, it should be reported to GM, and if it is abused without fulfilling its obligations or spread to nearby users, it may be subject to action and sanctions in the game.
(5) In the event of unfair treatment by GM or damage caused by in-game problems, contact or request modification through official channels.

3. GM's Role and Activity in the Game
If you are treated unfairly by GM or suffer damage due to problems in the game, you can inquire or request modification through official channels.
(1) GM complies with the privacy policy and related statutes, and does not inquire about the members' personal information (accounts, passwords, etc.).
(2) GM receives all bugs in the game and is obliged to request confirmation and modification.
(3) GM will not do anything that will benefit certain users in the game. In addition, we do not provide members with information about future updates other than publicly known games.
(4) GM shall, in principle, not engage in the normal activities of the members in the game. However, if it is deemed to interfere with the smooth progress of games, such as the use of harmful programs or interference with other people's games, measures such as warning of such actions or restricting the use of game accounts or characters can be taken. In addition, if the company determines that the game operation is a serious matter (such as game order destruction and actual law, actions that violate the customs of the game), GM may take appropriate measures based on the operational policy and terms and conditions of use.

4. Restricting the use of services
If the use of illegal programs, non-mannered acts or illegalities can have a very serious adverse effect on other members of the game, the use of the game may be restricted until the reason is resolved. In addition, GM may take appropriate action in accordance with this policy if it prevents smooth operation of games and the use of games by others, even if it is not specifically applicable to the following items below.

F. Advertising and promotion

(3) Abuse of the system (bug) and use of illegal programs
- If a bug or system problem is found in the game, it is disseminated or abused without reporting it using an official procedure (1:1 inquiry or customer center telephone consultation).
- Other acts of taking advantage of bugs in the game or breaking order in the game.
- Abnormal game use occurs continuously and repeatedly, such as multiple accounts being caught in illegal programs or macro crackdowns, which have a serious adverse effect on the game.
- If any damage is caused by the use of a program not officially provided by the company, the game user using the program will be responsible.

(4) Abuse of company and app store-related processes
If a user benefits from membership, game use, payment, refund, and any processes related to the use of game services provided by the company or app store, he/she may be restricted from using the service.

5. Name Policy
Basically, the character name and guild name can be freely set by the game user, but the character can be sanctioned by the operation policy or renamed or deleted by GM in the following cases:
- a name deemed to be intended to impersonate or impersonate the official GM of the game.
- Name of the character, or name that can offend others, including cases where the guild name is sensational, obscene, or slang.
- Name showing intention to exchange items or characters for cash sales or items in other games
- Names disparaging groups of certain religions, races, companies, etc.

- The name of the content that advertises a specific target
- Other names that are difficult to accept in the conventional wisdom of society

6. Cash Transaction Policy
All cash transactions for accounts and game items are prohibited, and the damage and responsibility of cash transactions shall be borne by the user with the right to use the account.
You may be sanctioned for cash transactions and attempts to make transactions as shown below.
- To engage in real-world spot transactions in an abnormal way not provided by the game.
- Advertising for the purpose of cash transactions

- If records related to cash and spot transactions are confirmed in the game
- Any kind of act that is judged to be intended for cash transactions under objective and fair judgment by the outside management.

7. Account theft policy
(1) Account theft (hacking) refers to any act that causes damage to the member's account information (e-mail address, contents, account, character, item, etc.) by unauthorized access of the information registered in the account without the consent of the parties.
(2) Account theft is a violation of the relevant statutes, and the company shall not be liable for civil or criminal actions that may occur to the members internally or externally. In addition, if it is confirmed that the personal information of others has been stolen without permission, the service use of all accounts related to account theft may be restricted.
(3) After receiving an account theft report from the customer center, follow the items that are abnormally moved and restrict the service use of the account. Also, in case of damaged items, it means the return of items related to account theft to the reporter who had the original item, not the generation.
(4) For account theft report, please write down the date and time of the last game access, the date and time of the damage, and the damage and options through the inquiry/report in the God of High School game or the representative e-mail address. (representative e-mail address: cs@woncomz.com)
(5) Reporting on account theft and hacking must be reported within seven days from the date of the incident, and the report may not be processed after seven days have elapsed. This takes into account the length of time that game data is stored. Also, you must send a copy of your resident registration (or a copy of your ID, medical insurance, etc.) through FAX within seven days to check whether you are affected by the theft of your account after reporting the mail. (When sending the FAX, you must write down your account [ID] and contact number.) (FAX: 02-3448-7079).
(6) Investigation of account theft and hacking reports usually takes about 15 days, and in some cases, it may take longer.
(7) If you make a false report using your account, there may be a disadvantage in your account, so please be careful.
8. All other actions deemed to violate general rules in the game, including policy terms and conditions/operation policies, that may interfere with the maintenance of order in the game, can be taken in accordance with all of the above operating policies.
